Whichever service you choose, you can expect the same professional level of service from the Goldstar team, designed to make your life convenient and easy.  We will provide you with a secure , fast  cost efficient service for all your courier needs.

1. Booking

  • Online www.goldstarinternational.com  Open an account to book, track and use the online shipping system. Our new state of the art technology will allow you to manage your own courier shipments, as much or little as you like. You can handle all your courier requirements online. You can book all consignments, print your own delivery airway bills, request timed services and specify the collection and delivery address. Our system will retain your collection and delivery addresses, and order your collection.
  • By Telephone 0844 887 2535. If you need us we are at the end of the phone – our 3 ring policy will ensure your call is answered quickly and your are not held in an automated queue.

2. Choose the Service

3. Pick up

  • Sameday – we aim to collect your shipment within 20 minutes of your call or request, or you can pre book for us to collect later in the day if you wish. 
  • Regular collections can be set up for your regular deliveries and collections
  • UK overnight and International Shipments – We aim to collect your shipment within 1 hour of your call or request, or you can pre book for us to collect later in the day if you wish
  • Regular collections can be set up to collect at a specific time each day or week
  • Our courteous, trained, uniformed drivers and riders will collect your package in our Goldstar liveried fleet of eco-friendly Goldstar motorcycles and vans.
  • Image is important to us and we understand that we are representing you to your customers – we wont let you down – our team are smart and courteous at all times
  • Security is paramount- our drivers and riders are trained to keep your shipments secure.
  • Our fleet – our fleet includes motorcycles, small vans, transits through to flat beds large enough to carry your 20,000 kg.  Just request the size of vehicle you need, or check our website for guidance.

4. Tracking

We aim to keep you informed about the status of your delivery – tell us how much information you want and we will customize your account accordingly.

Automatic updates to your email keeps you fully informed with real-time information about the delivery of your shipment.

Should your package be delayed on route, our unique pro-active tracking service will automatically notify you with details of the delay and the new expected delivery time. On receipt of signature, you automatically receive notification that the delivery has been successfully completed and at what time.

5. POD – proof of delivery – by email

  • sameday – once delivered you can check who signed for your shipment on the website.
  • Timed services – once delivered we will notify you by email within 2 hours of delivery****
  • Standard services – once delivered we will notify you by email within 24 hours of delivery ****
  • Monthly or weekly proof of delivery reports can be sent to you on request

6. Invoicing

Our range of invoicing options is extensive. We can invoice you in a variety of formats – we are confident that we can find a format that suits your company – just ask us.

  • we can invoice you once or twice a month
  • copy invoices and credit notes available on line – just print them off yourself.
