Our international courier network provides delivery throughout the world on a sameday, timed or standard service. What makes us different from the competition  is that you can custom fit our service to what you need: When the need arises you can upgrade your delivery simply by ticking the airway bill and we will follow your request  or call our customer services team for price and availability :

  • Customs paperwork – goods being sent or brought in from outside the EEC require specialist customs paperwork to pass through customs. Our customer services team can help with the guidance of the completion of this paperwork. Delivery deadlines are important to you and we can assist in ensuring your goods are sent with the correct paperwork.
  • Account management – unlike other companies we wont forget about you.  Our comprehensive account management means we will stay in touch with you as much or as little as you like.  If you want us to visit you regularly – we will do so – if you just want to be left alone until you call us – we will do.  Your time is valuable – we know – so we aim to help save it not spend it.
  • Packaging  – all goods must be packed for international transportation – we can advise you on how to pack your goods and recommend professional packers for those goods that need to be crated or repacked to ensure their safe arrival.  We want your goods to arrive in perfect condition and can help you make sure that they do. *****
  • Restricted items – not all goods are suitable for all types of courier.  Some items are restricted to some international destinations – please check our website or check with customer services to find out if your goods can be carried, and how they should be packed.
  • Insurance – goods are insured within our terms and conditions or carriage – see our terms and conditions for more details.  Additional insurance is available for most goods being sent within the UK – subject to packaging.   • Large dispatches – we can manage your large dispatches – just ask to speak to our specials department and we will handle your larger than average dispatches throughout the UK and worldwide.  We can collect from a 3rd party – sort your dispatch – label and send your shipments out from your database. Just ask us – this service is free of charge.
  • Transit times – the transit guide and tariff and our customer services team state the expected delivery times for your international and UK overnight courier shipments.  However these are subject to change by the airline flight schedules and are subject to on time flight arrivals and customs clearance. *Transit times quoted are a guide only however, to find out when your shipment is scheduled for deliveries please call our customer service team for the best delivery time.
  • Volumetric – Goods are either charged by weight or by volume, depending in which is the greater.  To check how your shipment will be charged – enter the weight and dimensions on our website or call customer services for a price check.

Fuel Surcharge

As with all companies we add a fuel surcharge to our international and UK overnight deliveries, which reflects the extra charges made by airlines and transport companies. As of 1st July 2008 the fuel surcharge will be 12%.
